they are a little hard to flip the first round so make them smaller than normal to get the hang of itπ

1 tub cottage cheese (16oz) @kalonasupernatural_milk_dairy
2 eggs
2 tbs honey (or sugar)
1 tbs baking powder
3/4 c flour
1/8 c butter/oil
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
