1 lb Ground Pork Sausage
2 Tbs Butter
⅓ Cup Flour
3 Cups Milk
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
¼ tsp Seasoned Salt
¼ tsp Salt, more to taste
1 tsp Black Pepper, more to taste
Directions
Brown sausage
Reduce heat to medium-low and sprinkle in flour
Cook 1-2 minutes until flour is no longer raw
Add milk and seasonings. Stir until there are no chunks of flour
Cook 10-12 minutes or until gravy has thickened
Serve immediately over halved biscuits
