1/2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
1 TBSP TACO SEASONING
1 CUP SLICED BELL PEPPERS
½ CUP SLICED ONIONS
¾ C SHREDDED CHEESE
Directions
1. PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 400 DEGREES. IN A GREASED CASSEROLE DISH DRIZZLE THE CHICKEN BREAST WITH OLIVE OIL AND SPRINKLE THE TACO SEASONING OVER THE CHICKEN TOSS THE CHICKEN SO IT IS COATED WELL.
2. ADD THE CHOPPED PEPPERS, ONIONS, AND SHREDDED CHEESE ON TOP OF THE CHICKEN, COVER WITH FOIL.
3. BAKE FOR 20 MINUTES, REMOVE THE FOIL AND BAKE AN ADDITIONAL 10 MINUTES UNTIL THE INTERNAL TEMPERATURE REACHES 160 DEGREES.
