2 lbs 93/7 ground beef (seasonings: 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp paprika, salt & pepper to taste)

2 tbsp tomato paste

1 yellow onion

1 bell pepper

12 oz rigatoni pasta

Blender sauce:

2 cups 2% cottage cheese

1 ½ cups shredded cheese

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tbsp minced garlic

Salt & pepper to taste

20 cherry tomatoes

Diced pickles
