3 large carrots peeled and diced
1 large yellow onion diced
3 stalks celery diced
1.25lbs rotisserie chicken, shredded or diced into 1 inch pieces
4 c chicken broth
1/2 c white wine
1/3 c flour
1 c frozen peas
s&p
1tbs poultry seasoning
1/4c veg oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 425
Add oil into dutch oven over medium high heat
Add carrots, onion and celery and season. cook over medium heat until they develop some color 7-8min
Add chicken and sprinkle poultry seasoning as well as wine and stock. Bring to a boil. Partially cover and reduce to medium low, cooking for about 20-25m
Add peas.
Ladle filling into bowls and cover with crust. Brush with egg wash and bake until golden brown
