1lb bacon
2oz crumbled gorgonzola
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
1 lb gnocchi
1 leek
1/2 cup white wine
4 cloves garlic
Directions
cook the bacon, transfer to a plate
in same pan, saute the leek, then the garlic
deglaze with white wine, reduce, then add heavy cream
add and melt the gorgonzola
boil the gnocchi, use 1 cup pasta water to thin out the sauce
add the bacon to the sauce
transfer the gnocchi to the sauce and toss
