1 lb (450 g) ground beef
1 lb (450 g) Italian sausage (spicy)
A few dashes Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 yellow onion, diced
2 tbsp garlic paste (or 4–6 cloves)
3–4 cups (720–950 ml) beef broth
Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix
Nature’s seasoning + Creole/Cajun seasoning (to taste)
½–1 cup (120–240 ml) pasta water
16 oz (450 g) spaghetti
Directions
Brown meat (don’t drain). Add flour → tomato paste → veggies + garlic → Worcestershire → beef broth → seasonings.Add ½–1 cup pasta water, then toss in cooked spaghetti until coated.
