Garlic And Chicken Lemon BowlsMeal Preps
Recipe (makes 4 bowls

Per bowl add:
1 x chicken thigh (150g)
250g spud lite/charisma or baby potatoes - spud lite are lower cal than normal potatoes
1/2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp seasoning mix
Seasoning Mix:
1 ½ tsp paprika
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp chilli flakes/ground chilli (optional)
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
salt & pepper to taste
Wet mix:
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 lemon juiced
1 tbsp garlic paste or a lot of garlic (don’t be shy here, 8-10 cloves will do)
1 tsp olive oil
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 180c
Mix to make sure the potato and chicken are well coated in seasoning & oil
Bake for 30 minutes
Remove from the oven and equally divide the wet mix per bowl
Place bake in oven and bake for an extra 20-30 minutes
Remove from oven, top with dried parsley and serve with some steamed broccoli (optional)
