1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup molasses
1 T. soda dissolved in a little hot water
1 T. ginger
4 cups flour
Directions
Cream butter, sugar and molasses. Add dissolved soda. Mix ginger in with a cup of flour. Mix in remaining flour. Roll into balls, walnut size, and bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for about 10 - 12 minutes at 350.
