Ingredients

1/2 cup white long grain rice (90g)

1 cup water + 1/2 oz water

1-3 tsp of soy sauce (EXPERIMENTAL!)

2 cloves garlic

1-2 tsp ginger, minced (1 cm)

1/2 tsp garlic powder

2 cans tuna, drained

2 tbsp Kewpie mayo

Salt

Pepper

Sesame seeds

Scallions

Sesame oil to taste

Mirin (splash)

Rice vinegar (splash)

Directions

  1. Fill small pot with water (double rice recipe if leftover are needed) and add soy sauce.

  2. Grate or roughly mince garlic and ginger, add to pot. Turn the heat to medium-high (high for doubled). When the water is boiling turn down the heat, add the rice and stir with a fork.
