Ingredients

8 oz feta cheese

2-3 onions

2-3 tomatoes

2 bell peppers

1 head of garlic

1L of vegetable broth

Olive oil

Directions

Lay all vegetables and cheese on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil

Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes

Add all ingredients into blender (squeeze the garlic out)

Add broth and blend

Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil
