0.33 shake Vanilla Premier Protein Shake

20 g Fage Greek Yogurt

8 g swerve brown sugar

2 g Vanilla Extract

1.5 tsp Splenda

10 g Butter

32 g pancake mix

23 G protein powder flavor of choice

Directions

Add pancake mix, protein powder in the protein shake in a bowl mixing until combined but not over mixing.

In a separate bowl melt the butter add brown sugar and cinnamon. Drizzle over the batter.

Microwave for 1 minute and 15 seconds

Meanwhile make the frosting- flavored yogurt with a splash of protein shake to thin. Or plain Greek yogurt with a splash of vanilla or other flavoring and a splash of protein shake to thin to consistency. Spread over cooked bowl.
