2 Tbsp. chopped Red Onion

1 clove Garlic, smashed, peeled & chopped very fine

1/8 teaspoon Kosher Salt

1 ½ Tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice

2 Tbsp. tightly packed, chopped Fresh Cilantro
