Prepping healthy snacks for my toddler ahead of time has been a game changer. It saves me SO much time, and keeps me from being tempted to grab something packaged.

Yogurt Berry Bark
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp raw honey (optional)
berries (fresh or frozen)
Directions
Combine Greek yogurt and raw honey until combined. Smooth the yogurt onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Top with your favorite berries. Freeze for 3 hours, then break into chunks.
Chocolate Chip Protein Bars
3/4 cup oat flour
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 scoops protein powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix. Press into a parchment paper lined pan, and set in the freezer for an hour to set. Cut into squares or bars.
Banana Peanut Butter Bars
1 banana, sliced
2 cups peanut butter
1-2 tbsp raw honey (optional)
chopped dark chocolate chips (optional)
Place a slice of banana on the bottom of a silicone or lined muffin pan. Combine peanut butter and honey, then pour over banana until just covered. You can sprinkle a little dark chocolate or nuts on top. Place in freezer for 2-4 hours until set.
