Ninja Creami Cinnamon Roll Protein Icecream

1 Tbsp cottage cheese
1/8 cup Brown sugar (I used light brown sugar, but you can use dark brown sugar as well)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Ground cinnamon
1 scoop Protein powder (I used an unflavored whey protein, but you can use vanilla flavor too)
1 pinch Salt
1 cup Milk (I used 2% Fairlife milk. For the best texture, I would stick with 2% or whole milk.)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in the Ninja Creami container. Mix together with a spoon or whisk until thoroughly combined. You can also blend ingredients in a blender if you wish.
Once everything is mixed well, put the lid of the Ninja Creami container on and place in the freezer on a level surface for 24 hours.
When ready to consume, take out the container and let it sit out at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes. Place container in Ninja Creami and press the "Lite Icecream" setting. When done, open container and check the texture. If it is crumbly, add a splash (1 Tbsp) of milk and hit "Respin." Once done, check the consistency to see if you like it.
Top with a dash of cinnamon and enjoy!
