Peanut Butter Granola

Directions

Melt together 1/2 cup smooth nut or seed butter with 1/2 cup honey (or agave or maple syrup.)

Remove from heat and add 1 tsp vanilla.

Pour this mixture over 2 cups of regular rolled oats, 1 cup puffed quinoa and 3 tsp chia seeds and toss until everything is coated.

Spread in an even layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes out until the edges start to turn golden brown.

Let granola completely cool before breaking into chunks.
