Chocolate Chia Pudding

1½ servings chocolate protein powder
1 tablespoon (5 g) cacao powder
3 tablespoons (23 g) chia seeds natural sugar substitute to taste (optional)
1½ cups (355 ml) unsweetened almond milk
Optional toppings
¼ cup (37 g) raspberries and 1 teaspoon nut butter drizzled on top
Directions
Place all ingredients except toppings in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Serve.
Notes
NOTE Do not swap out chia for another fiber! It's in the recipe title for a good reason. When you add liquid to chia seeds, they expand to about 10 times their size and create a gelatinous and pudding-like texture. Other fiber options will not give this same effect for this smoothie,
