1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed & drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
18 Ritz crackers, crushed
Butter
Directions
PREHEAT: Bake to 350 degrees. Butter 1 quart casserole. Bake until bubbly and heated through, approximately 35 minutes.
1. Combine broccoli, mushroom soup, mayonnaise, cheese, onion and egg and blend well.
2. Turn into prepared dish. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.
