The perfect cinnamon roll icing! A blend of tangy cream cheese and. Smooth powdered sugar glaze goes perfect with any roll.

It goes on smooth and creamy but keeps that tang you know and love from cream cheese icing. It light enough that it won’t weigh you down it balances out the sweetness perfectly.

Recipe

8oz softened cream cheese

4 c powdered sugar

Pinch of salt

2 tsp vanilla extract

4-5 tbsp milk (add the amount to get the desired consistency you want. Can add a few more or less)

replace 2 tbsp of milk with lemon juice for a variation that’s light and bright!

Directions

Add all ingredients to a medium bowl. Use a hand mixer and whisk for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.

Store in fridge until needed for up to 1 week or use right away.
