BBQ Gochujang

Ingredients

RATIO: 6 parts gochujang, 4 parts yangjo ganjang, 4 parts sugar, 1 part oil

600 grams gochujang

400 grams yangjo ganjang

400 grams sugar

100 grams neutral oil, such as grapeseed or canola

Directions

Combine the gochujang, ganjang, sugar, and oil in a pot over medium heat. Stirring continuously, bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and let cool. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
