Garlic Butter Steak Bites With Cream Sauce

1 shallot
4 cloves garlic
Fresh parsley
1.5 lbs of Yukon gold potatoes, peeled
1 tbsp of chicken bouillon
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp sour cream
1 1/3 cup heavy cream
*special* Seasoning
Sprinkle of kosher salt
Sprinkle of black pepper
2 filets, cubed
Sprinkle of garlic powder
4 tbsp of butter
Sprinkle of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup white wine
1 package of Asparagus
Directions
1. Finely dice shallots and mince garlic & parsley
2. Peel potatoes and quarter them. Then place in bowl of room temperature water water and then bring to boil
3. Add chicken bouillon when potatoes are boiling
4. Put potatoes in mixing bowl, then add butter and sour cream. Mash, then add heavy cream and mash/stir
5. Add seasonings and salt and pepper to potatoes
6. Cut steak into bites, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
7. Sear steak 1-2 minutes each side, then put them to the side
8. In same pan, melt 4 tbsp butter and add fresh garlic (2 clove)
9. Add steak back in to mixture, season again, and sprinkle Worcestershire sauce. Put steak to side
10. In the same pan, sauté shallots and garlic. Add 1/2 cup white wine (1/4 at a time, letting it reduce) then add 1 cup heavy cream. Add fresh parsley, black pepper to taste
