Grilled Surf & Turf Skewers (juicy Steak & Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients

Steak & Shrimp

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into cubes

1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined

Vegetables

1 red bell pepper, chopped

1 zucchini, sliced thick

1 small red onion, cut into chunks

Garlic Herb Marinade

3 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

1 tbsp chopped parsley

For Serving

Lemon wedges

Extra parsley

Garlic butter (optional)

Directions

Prepare Marinade

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley.

Marinate

Add steak cubes and shrimp to the marinade.

Let sit for 15–20 minutes.

Assemble Skewers

Thread steak, shrimp, bell pepper, zucchini, and onion onto skewers in alternating pattern.

Grill

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Cook skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until steak is cooked to desired doneness and shrimp are pink and slightly charred.

Finish & Serve

Brush with garlic butter if desired and garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.

Tips

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling

Don’t overcook shrimp — they cook quickly

Serve with rice, salad, or grilled corn
