Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders

Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
1 head of roasted garlic
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp sugar
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 red Fresno chile pepper, minced
Directions
Season your chicken with your favorite rub
Drop it in marinade (below) for 30 minutes up to overnight
Remove from marinade and cover in flour dredge (below). Make sure all parts are covered
Fry at 350° for 5-6 minutes, until golden brown
Dip your chicken in your sauce
Enjoy!

1 Tbsp salt
½ Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp hot sauce
1 tsp paprika
Flour Dredge:
3 cups flour
â…“ cup potato starch (sub cornstarch)
2 tsp garlic
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
