2 lb chicken breast (Seasoned with 1.5 tbsp paprika, 1/2 tbsp salt, pepper, garlic powder ,& onion powder)
16 oz protein pasta
Chopped parsley
Sauce:
200g non fat plain greek yogurt
120g fat free cottage cheese
25g grated parm
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 block of 1/3 fat cream cheese
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup of water
Pan sear chicken for 5 to 7 mins per side or until an internal temp of 165°
