Buffalo Chicken Lasagna with a Ranch Twist

Ingredients

1. 12 cooked lasagna noodles

2. 2 cups shredded cooked chicken

3. 1 cup Buffalo sauce

4. 1 cup ricotta cheese

5. 1/2 cup ranch dressing

6. 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

7. 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

8. 1 teaspoon garlic powder

9. 1 teaspoon onion powder

10. Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Preheat Oven:

1.1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Get a baking dish ready.

Mix Chicken and Buffalo Sauce:

2.1. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the Buffalo sauce.

Prepare Cheese Mixture:

3.1. In another bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Layer the Lasagna:

4.1. Spread a layer of the chicken and Buffalo sauce mixture on the bottom of the baking dish.

4.2. Place a layer of cooked lasagna noodles on top.

4.3. Add a layer of the cheese mixture, followed by a sprinkle of mozzarella and blue cheese.

4.4. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.

Bake:

5.1. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

5.2. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Serve:

6.1. Let the lasagna cool slightly before slicing.

6.2. Drizzle with extra ranch dressing before serving.
