1/3 cup lemon pepper seasoning

3 cups vegetable oil

2 tbsp cajun seasoning

2 tbsp onion powder

2 tbsp garlic powder

2 tbsp paprika

1/2 cup corn starch

6 corn on the cob

1lb sausage

1lb red potatoes

1/2 stick butter

2 sticks of butter

3 tbsp minced garlic

2 tbsp onion powder

2 tbsp garlic powder

2 tbsp crab/seafood boil seasoning

2 tbsp paprika

2 tbsp chili powder

2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning

5-6 dashes of hot sauce

Directions

Fill an 8 or 12 quart pot half way with water.

Once the water starts boiling, add 1/2 stick of butter, 1/2 cup of crab/seafood boil seasoning and 1/3 cup of lemon pepper seasoning.

Cut the sausage into small pieces. Add the corn, sausage and potatoes to the boiling water and cook 18-20 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.

Cut the whole chicken wings into flats and drumsticks.

Add the chicken wings to a bowl and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and cajun seasoning and mix well. Make sure each wing is seasoned.

Add the corn starch to the wings and make sure each wing is fully coated.

Add the wings (7-8 at a time) to the hot oil that has reached a temperature of 350 degrees. Cook 5-7 minutes or until the wings are fully cooked. Repeat until all of the wings are fully cooked.

Once cooked, add to a baking rack to drain any excess oil.

Once the corn, sausage and potatoes are cooked, remove from the water and add to a sheet pan.

Add the cooked chicken wings to the sheet pan as well.

Pour the butter sauce onto the wings, sausage, corn and potatoes. Serve and ENJOY!

In a pot, add butter, minced garlic, paprika, crab/seafood boil seasoning, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder and hot sauce. Stir well until the butter has melted.

Pour the sauce over the corn, sausage, potatoes and chicken wings.
