White Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

3/4 cup margarine

1 cup oil

1 cup sugar

1 cup powdered sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla

1 tsp. soda

1 tsp. cream of tartar

4 cups plus 4 tsp. flour

Directions

Mix and drop by teaspoonfuls. Flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 325 for 12 - 15 minutes until lightly brown. Do not overbake.
