High Protein Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients

- smoked paprika

- garlic powder

- salt

- 30G light butter

- drizzle olive oil (on chicken)

- 250G chicken breast

- 1 onion

- 2-3 garlic cloves

- 120ml single cream

- 150ml chicken stock

- 30G Parmesan

- 150G tagliatelle

Directions

-season the chicken (paprika, garlic, salt) and cook through in a pan with some light butter

-set to the side when done and add diced onion and garlic in the same pan

-after a few minutes add single cream and some chicken stock and mix

-slice up chickeen breasts and add to the mix

-add some parmesan

-add pasta
