Passover Marble Cake

This is the cake You will find yourself making again and again 😉

Gluten free, kosher for Passover and most important - kid approved! You will LOVE.

The best Passover Marble cake

1 cup almond flour

2/3 cup tapioca starch

1/3 cup coconut flour

1 osem vanilla pudding mix

1 1/2 cups sugar

1/3 cup oil

4 eggs

1/2 cup almond milk

1/4 cup orange juice

1 tsp vinegar

Seeds from 1/2 vanilla bean (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)

1 tbsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Mix sugar, oil and eggs

Mix almond milk, orange juice and vinegar and add to egg/sugar/oil mix.

Add vanilla.

Add in almond flour, tapioca starch, coconut flour, vanilla pudding mix, baking powder and salt.

Mix until smooth.

Pour batter into 9x13” pan, reserving 1/2 cup batter.

To 1/2 cup reserved batter add 1 tbsp cocoa powder, and enough almond milk to loosen to same consistency as batter.

Pour over vanilla batter and swirl

Bake at 350 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean in center.
