Peach Fruit Leather

3 cups fresh or thawed frozen peaches
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
1. Put peaches in a blender and puree
2. Put peach puree and applesauce into a medium saucepan, bring to a gentle boil then simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes
3. Add honey and lemon juice and stir or whisk in well
4. Pour mixture onto 10" x 12" silicone dehydrator sheet or silicone mat, on a baking tray
5. Spread mixture evenly with an offset spatula then bang tray to level it all out
6. Bake at 170 degrees for 2 to 7 hours. Watch closely, checking every 30 min for doneness. It should feel just slightly tacky or dry, and not stick to your finger.
7. Cut into strips and roll up with beeswax paper (reusable) or parchment paper. Or cut into fun shapes and decorate baked goods etc.
