Instead of a regular muffin loaded with butter, flour and sugar, this one is basically a fluffy protein cloud with fresh fruit on top.

Recipe:

2 egg whites

a few drops vanilla extract

drizzle of honey

strawberries

sprinkle of cinnamon sugar

1️⃣ Whisk the egg whites with vanilla until stiff peaks form.

2️⃣ Transfer to a small baking dish or muffin mold.

Directions

Bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes.

Top with honey, strawberries and a little cinnamon sugar.
