◦10g Baking Soda

◦12g Salt

◦112g Sugar

◦500g Ricotta Cheese

◦4 Lemons Zested

◦5 Eggs

Directions

1. Combine Ricotta, eggs, lemon zest.

2. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, sugar.

3. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix. It should be fairly clumpy.
