•1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (or fresh grated)
Directions
1.In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
2.Whisk until smooth and fully blended.
3.Taste and adjust: Add more soy sauce for saltiness, more ketchup for sweetness, or Worcestershire for tang.
4.Let sit for 10–15 minutes to let the flavors meld.
5.Serve with freshly fried tonkatsu (breaded pork cutlet).
