Whipped Feta Dip

Ingredients

12 ounces feta (crumbled or block)

8 ounces cream cheese (softened)

1 garlic clove

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1/2 lemon juice and zest

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

pinch of red pepper flakes

Directions

In a food processor combine feta, cream cheese, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and zest, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Pulse until smooth and creamy. Serve with pita bread, carrots, crackers, or cucumbers.
