Ingredients

Worth the Hype (9/10)

Fudgy Fat Loss Brownies (Dairy Free + Fiber Packed) — Probably the best healthy brownie I have ever consumed and certainly the best I’ve ever made. Madeline has absolutely smashed it out the park, and Susan was very impressed!

Butternut squash (baked) — 500g (Roast your butternut squash cut side down at 400°F for ~35 minutes; the skin should fall right off. One butternut gives about 2 pans worth!)

Egg whites — 250ml

Cocoa powder — 35g

Oat flour (just blend oats) — 25g

Chocolate chips — 50g

Sweetener — 60–80g (used 80g)

Vanilla — 1 tsp

Baking powder — 1/2 tsp

Salt — pinch of salt

Directions

Blend or mix your baked butternut squash, egg whites, cocoa powder, oat flour, sweetener, vanilla, baking powder, and a pinch of salt together.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Pour into a baking pan and bake at 350°F for about 35–40 minutes or until edges are firm but the inside has a slight jiggle.

Tip: Best served cold straight out of the fridge! (Some members also added protein powder).

Verdict

9/10 — Without a doubt, this is probably the best healthy brownie I have ever consumed and certainly the best I’ve ever made. Madeline has absolutely smashed it out the park with these fudgy, fiber-packed, dairy-free treats—and Susan was very impressed, too! Highly recommend giving these a go.

Full credit to @madelainerascan for the original — go show them some love. 🤍
