Pork loin/Chicken Thigh

Bread Flour

1 white Onion cubed

10 garlic cloves sliced

1/2 Cabbage cubed

Kikurage blanched and thickly sliced

1Bell pepper cubed

20 snap peas blanched and cut into 3rd

1 pack quail eggs boiled and peeled (boil for 3 mins)

Dashi 50CC

Brown sugar 1 tbsp

Soy sauce 1 tbsp

Ketchup 2 tbsp

Rice vinegar 2 tbsp

Corn starch

Water

Directions

Cut meat into chunks and season with salt and pepper. Coat with flour and pan fry until golden brown. Remove from Pan

Add onion and garlic and fry until translucent

Add kikurage, pepper and cabbage

Add sauce and cooked meat

Thicken with corn starch slurry (turn off heat while thickening)

Add peas and quail eggs..
