Cucumber, Tuna, and Cream Cheese Tart

Ingredients

1 shortcrust pastry

Olive oil

Black & white sesame seeds

3 cans of tuna

5 tbsp of spreadable cheese (like St Môret)

1/2 red onion, finely sliced

Lemon zest

Fresh chives

1 to 2 cucumbers (depending on size)

Directions

Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).

Unroll the pastry and place it upside down over a tart mold. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. Let it cool.

Meanwhile, mix the tuna, cream cheese, sliced red onion, lemon zest, and chopped chives.

Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds.

Once the crust has cooled, assemble the tart: a layer of tuna cream, a layer of cucumber slices, and repeat.

To finish: a drizzle of olive oil, some more zest, chives, a few sesame seeds… and it’s ready!
