Ingredients

For one large or two small (8-9” crusts):

3 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese

4 whole eggs

Animal fat for greasing pans

Directions

Place your cast iron pans inside your oven and preheat your oven to 425F.

In a bowl, crack the eggs and beat/whisk until well combined.

Add your shredded mozzarella cheese and mix together.

When the oven is hot, remove the pans and add 1-2tbsp of animal fat of choice to the pan to grease it. Let it melt and spread around the pan. I use bacon fat for ultimate flavour and crispness!

Pour “batter” into pan and gently spread it out.

Bake for 10-12min or until edges begin to brown.

Remove from oven and top with favourite pizza toppings! I used pepperoni, jalapeños, and @paleovalley meat sticks bc they add such diverse flavour! (Discount link for paleovalley in my bio @reallifecarnivore )

Bake for an additional 10-14min or until cheese is bubbling and has reached desired golden colour.

Remove, cut and serve. Allow to cook before consuming bc it’s hot 🥵

Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in your @tasteekitchenus air fryer!
