How to make au jus

Directions
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
Whisk in the beef stock, red wine, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-10 minutes, until slightly reduced.
Season to taste with black pepper.
