Skillet Chicken Pot Pie

1 Stick of Butter
2C Carrots, sliced
1C Celery, sliced
1C Onion, chopped
1/2C Flour
1t Salt
1/2t Pepper
1/2t Celery Salt
1t Garlic Powder
1C Whole Milk
2C Chicken Stock
1C Peas
1C Corn
4C Shredded Chicken
Puff Pastry or Pie Crust
Directions
Heat the oven to 425. In a cast iron or oven safe pan, melt the butter. Add the veggies and cook until soft. Add the flour, salt and pepper, celery salt, garlic powder mix together and cook for 2 mins. Slowly incorporate the milk and then the chicken stock. Add the peas and chicken. Top with the puff pastry or crust. Whisk an egg and baste the top, then bake for 25 mins. Time to eat!
