Jenna’s Egg Bake

Ingredients

Half bag of frozen hash browns

1 onion

1-2 peppers

Few handfuls of spinach

Diced ham/sausage/ bacon

12 eggs

Splash of milk

Salt

Pepper

Few handfuls of shredded cheese

Directions

Grease cake pan. Add half a bag of frozen hash browns. Add a layer of veggies (I usually do peppers onions spinach), meat (I do diced ham or sausage).

Whisk up a dozen eggs and add a splash of milk and a couple dashes of black pepper. Then drizzle egg mixture over hash brown/veggies/meat. Add shredded cheese to the top.

The eggs will look like they’re below the hash browns, but gently mix the pan and the eggs will rise above while cooking.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes adding more time as needed.
