Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta

Ingredients: this makes 6 meals
32 oz chicken breast (Seasonings: Heavy pass of cajun seasoning & paprika)
12 oz pasta (brami protein)
500g broccoli florets
Cajun sauce:
1 block of 1/3 fat cream cheese
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (use fair life for added protein)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp honey
1 cup non fat plain greek yogurt
Pan sear chicken for 5-7 mins each side on medium to high heat (internal temp should be 165° when finished)
Boil the pasta for 10 mins - with 3 minutes left on the cook add your broccoli straight in with the pasta while it finishes out
