Meat on a stick Teriyaki Sauce Marinade (Percy)

Ingredients

1.5 Gallon Soy Sauce

1 Gallon water

11-1/4 Lbs Brown Sugar

3/4 Lbs Minced garlic

3/4 Lb Minced Ginger

800 12" Skewers

100Lbs Sliced Sirloin (about 3/16" thick)

Directions

Slice meat into 1" wide strips

Marinate meat and store in refrigerator overnight or a minimum of 8 hours.

String on skewers.

Set aside some of the fresh marinade, thicken with corn starch

Dip meat in marinade as needed and cook over mesquite charcoal.
