Best Blender Salsa

Ingredients

28 ounces canned fire-roasted tomatoes

1 can el Pato, (yellow can)

7 ounces diced green chilis

½ cup red onion, chopped

3 whole garlic cloves

½-¾ bunch cilantro, (chopped)

½ lime, (juiced)

1 teaspoon cumin

1 tablespoon salt

Directions

In a blender or food processor, add 28 ounces canned fire-roasted tomatoes, 1 can el Pato, 7 ounces diced green chilis, ½ cup red onion, chopped, 3 whole garlic cloves, ½-¾ bunch cilantro, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 tablespoon salt, and juice of ½ lime,.

Blend until the salsa is as chunky or smooth as you would like. Taste and add more salt if desired.

Chill for at least 30 minutes or overnight and serve with chips!
