1 vanilla protein shake
6 g cheesecake instant pudding
1/4c pecans
1/8 tsp almond extract
1/8 tsp vanillaextract
Milk of choice to add after first spin
1 packet of Stevie in the raw
Directions
Mix Protein shake and pudding mix in blender bottle
Freeze for 18 hours
Blend on ice cream
Add milk and re-spin to desired consistency
Add pecans, extracts and stevia then blend on mix ins
Notes
I used premier protein and whole milk giving it a fluffy creamy texture
