Saucy Simmered Eggs

Ingredients

2½ cups marinara sauce (20 ounces)

3 large eggs

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

3 slices of texas toast

Directions

1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinara sauce, bring to a simmer, and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Make 4 indentations in the simmering sauce and crack an egg into each one. Sprinkle the feta around the eggs. Cover and cook over medium heat until the eggs are set to your liking, 5 to 8 minutes. Serve with a slice of texas toast.
