2 cups whipped cottage cheese

2 cups Greek yogurt

1 - 2 scoop vanilla protein powder depending on sweetness preference

2 TBSP maple syrup

I blended cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, and just a tiny bit of maple syrup to create a creamy, high-protein base. Then, I topped it with:

Fresh raspberries for a little tartness

melted dark chocolate for rich, melty bites

Crushed graham crackers for that perfect crunch
