1 cup bourbon whiskey

1 cup ketchup

½ cup brown sugar

¼ cup white vinegar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

½ teaspoon minced garlic

1 pinch dry mustard

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine bourbon, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Use to baste meat while cooking.
