Sheet Pan BBQ Chicken Dinner

Ingredients

4 thin chicken breasts (about 1 to 1.5 pounds)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

3 tablespoons barbecue sauce

1 tablespoons honey

1 pound baby Yukon Gold potatoes (sliced in half or quarters if larger)

1 tablespoon butter

Chopped parsley (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 425

Line a baking sheet with heavy duty aluminum foil, and spread olive oil over foil

Arrange chicken and potatoes on pan

Season with sea salt, pepper and garlic powder

Brush chicken with honey and barbecue sauce

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until juices run clear and chicken temperature is at least 165 degrees

Optional -- Add a little butter over potatoes and before serving
