Key Lime Pie

Ingredients

1 14 oz can sweetened condesnsed milk

¼ cup sour cream

⅓ cup keylime juice

One prepared graham cracker crust or tart shells

One recipe of prepared whipped cream or whipped white chocolate ganache

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°

In a large bowl(not metal) use an immersion blender to combine the key lime juice and sour cream.

Fold in the sweetened condensed milk until fully incorporated

Pour filling into prepared graham cracker crust, tart shells or use for other desserts of your choice

Bake in preheated oven for 7 min. Remove and completely let cool before topping.

Top with whipped cream, white chocolate ganache or any topping of your choice
